Account & sign-in

Reset your password via the app or web studio. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and contact us with the address you used.

Purchases & subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use their account settings to review renewals or cancel. If you have questions about a transaction, include the purchase reference in your email.

Bug or error

If possible, include a screenshot and the steps that reproduce the issue. Mention your device type, OS version and OenoQuest app version.
